Due to high demand, Shepherd’s Hope currently has a waiting list for appointments. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. Our team will contact you when an appointment becomes available.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Patients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be rescheduled.
